About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales and build long-term relationships with clients in the IT services sector. The role involves identifying business opportunities, generating leads, and selling IT services such as software development, web & mobile app development, digital marketing, and other technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT services in domestic and international markets. Generate leads through various channels (cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, etc.). Understand client requirements and propose customized IT service solutions. Prepare and deliver effective presentations, proposals, and sales pitches. Work closely with the technical and delivery team to ensure smooth project handover. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain CRM for lead management and pipeline tracking. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. Proven experience in IT sales / software services sales / solution selling (preferred). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to generate leads independently and close deals. Comfortable with international client interaction (via calls, emails, video meetings). Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Familiarity with IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Applications and Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
