You will be working as an Executive I - Plant Engineering in the Plant Engineering department with a focus on Supply Chain. Your primary responsibilities will include operating packing machines, filler operation, cleaning machines during changeover and CIP, and having operational knowledge of Cartoning machines. Additionally, you should be familiar with printers such as Ink jet, Wax, and thermal printers, and have experience with cartridge filling in printers. To excel in this role, you must have a Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation and preferably have 0-3 years of relevant work experience. You should also possess knowledge of safety sensors like Curtain sensor, limit switches, various PLCs like Siemens, Allen Bradley, ABB, gear box motors, and servo motors. Your duties will also involve feeding packing material in machines if required, performing preventive and predictive maintenance of machines, ensuring 5s block, CLRI, and timely movement of scrap from respective lines.
