As a wavespace Experience Manager - Associate Director, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating and designing immersive experiences for clients, fostering innovation and transformation. Key Responsibilities: - Choreograph and design bespoke and repeatable experiences for a diverse client base within wavespace - Manage wavespace experience staffing, technology application, design, and creative elements to meet client and internal stakeholder expectations - Collaborate with Experience Leader to approve staffing, final design, and pricing/costs - Address session escalations and ensure clear communication regarding financial expectations with clients - Ensure accurate accounting processes including costing, reporting, billing, and collections - Deliver results that drive sales influence and maximize innovation opportunities - Identify client blind spots for broader opportunity areas and encourage big-picture thinking - Facilitate open team discussions, consider diverse ideas, and demonstrate expertise in wavespace methodology and design thinking - Lead wavespace sessions in various venues to deliver impactful client results Qualifications Required: - Design thinking experience - Proven track record in successful design and delivery of innovation sessions - Strong consulting background - Proficient in creative problem-solving and adept at balancing client, account team, and design team needs - Ideally, possess an advanced degree in Design Thinking Additional Company Details: EY is committed to building a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society while fostering trust in the capital markets.
