We are looking for a sales-oriented Equity Dealer to join our team and grow our client base while handling execution of trades. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Sales: Identify and onboard new clients for equity, F&O, and investment products. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Trading & Execution: Execute client trades in equities, F&O, and commodities efficiently and accurately. Provide real-time updates on market movements and opportunities to clients. Advise clients on appropriate trading strategies in line with market trends. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business. Offer superior customer service with a focus on retention and cross-selling of products. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to SEBI and exchange guidelines. Maintain records of trades, client interactions, and sales reports. Qualifications & Skills Education: Graduate in Finance/Commerce/Economics (MBA/PG in Finance is a plus). Certification: NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) is not mandatory. Experience in sales, equity dealing, or broking preferred (freshers with strong sales drive can apply). Good understanding of stock markets, F&O, and investment products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Strong target-orientation and ability to work under pressure.
