You will be responsible for providing technical support to ensure the smooth operation of computer systems, hardware, software, and networks within the organization. Your role will involve troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation tasks to optimize system functionality and user support. Your key responsibilities will include: - Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, cameras, and scanners. - Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks to ensure availability and performance. - Responding promptly to service issues and requests from staff via email, phone, or in person. - Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware or software faults. - Setting up new users" accounts and profiles and addressing password issues. - Repairing or replacing equipment as needed. - Documenting systems, configurations, procedures, and service logs. - Supporting the rollout of new applications and updates. - Providing technical support for internal projects and ensuring the maintenance of security and backup procedures. - Collaborating with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution and procurement needs.
