We are seeking a motivated Junior Engineer for our Production & Design department. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mechanical design and production processes, with proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks for drafting and 3D modeling. You will support the engineering team in developing product designs, preparing technical drawings, and ensuring designs meet quality and production standards. Key Responsibilities: Create and modify detailed 2D and 3D mechanical designs using AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Prepare accurate technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics for manufacturing. Assist in the development and optimization of production processes and workflows. Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are feasible and manufacturable. Review and update design documentation to ensure compliance with engineering standards. Support quality control by checking product designs and assisting in troubleshooting production issues. Maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, and quality assurance. Assist in prototyping and testing of new designs and modifications. Ensure timely delivery of design outputs within project deadlines. Required Skills and Qualifications: Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. 1 to 5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in a production environment. Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks for drafting and 3D modeling. Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and manufacturing processes. Attention to detail and ability to produce precise technical drawings. Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
