Data Management: Keep accurate records of all lead interactions and communications in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Ensure data integrity and update lead information as necessary. Collaboration with Sales Team: Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their requirements and effectively hand over qualified leads. Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team with interested and qualified leads. Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and overall performance. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in lead generation strategies. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to adapt lead generation strategies accordingly. Attend training sessions and workshops to improve sales and communication skills. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or customer service is an advantage. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using CRM software and other lead generation tools. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
