Our team is developing cutting-edge antenna systems using electronically reconfigurable metamaterials to detect and track small UAVs. Join us to work on a high-impact project blending RF engineering, software development, and innovative antenna design. The Role We’re seeking motivated 3rd-year B.Tech/B.E. students to join as RF & Metamaterials Engineering Interns . You’ll contribute to the development of a 10 GHz MESA radar, focusing on software tasks like signal processing or test automation, and supporting RF hardware and metamaterial antenna testing. This hands-on internship offers mentorship and exposure to advanced radar technology. Key Responsibilities Write scripts in Python, MATLAB, or C++ (expertise in one is sufficient) to automate test equipment (e.g., Vector Network Analyzers, power supplies) or process radar signals (e.g., FFT for range/velocity). Assist in electromagnetic simulations of metamaterial antennas using Ansys HFSS or CST Microwave Studio (training provided). Support PCB assembly by soldering components (e.g., varactor diodes) for RF circuits or bias networks. Help test the radar system in an anechoic chamber, collecting and analyzing performance data. Document code, simulation results, or test findings in technical reports. Qualifications Current 3rd-year B.Tech/B.E. student in Electronics & Communication (ECE), Electrical & Electronics (EEE), Computer Science (CSE), or related fields.
