Mentor and guide a team of PMs and engineers to deliver high-impact outcomes. Qualifications 10+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years in platform or developer tooling roles. Deep understanding of Android build systems, CI/CD, and developer workflows. Strong program management skills to drive cross-team execution. Experience with compliance, security, and infrastructure modernization. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in technical feature design and understanding of Software Development Life Cycle. Detail oriented and able to rapidly come up to speed on complex technologies and architectures. Excellent cross group collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to lead virtual teams to deliver on product milestones. Self-motivated and self-directed. Excellent communication and presentation skills. A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred with a master’s degree in management.
