SwapRide is a one-stop solution for public & private transport—bus, metro, autos, cabs, bikes—all integrated in a single platform with digital tickets, live tracking, pass management, and first/last-mile ride bookings. Our mission is to digitize and simplify public transportation in India, starting with Telangana . Now, we’re building our founding tech team. 👨‍💻 What You’ll Do Build & innovate: Use React.js (and React Native) to design and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces. You’ll create new features and manage existing ones, crafting high-quality UI components from scratch. Integrate services: You should have a strong track record of integrating real-world third-party APIs like payment gateways, Google Maps API, video SDKs, and other critical mobility or logistics APIs — ensuring seamless experiences for users. Manage data & state: Use libraries like React Query to fetch, cache, and manage data efficiently. Coordinate with backend developers to design clean RESTful APIs and smooth data flows. Optimize performance: Monitor and improve front-end performance (lazy loading, code-splitting, etc.) to maximize speed and scalability. Collaborate & lead: Work closely with our backend team, designers, and stakeholders. Lead our existing front-end developers and assist in hiring future React Native engineers. Conduct code reviews and ensure quality and consistency across the board. Stay current: Keep up with the latest front-end trends and best practices. We expect you to be the kind of developer who loves learning new tools and improving our tech stack. ✅ What We’re Looking For Experience: 6+ years of front-end development (with deep expertise in React.js and React Native ) and 2+ years of full-stack dev experience. Skills: Expert in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, React Query, and responsive UI architecture. Integrations: Strong hands-on experience integrating third-party APIs — especially real-time services like Google Maps , payment gateways, and mobility-related SDKs. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (B.Tech) or equivalent. At least 2–3 years of startup experience . Personality: You’re a go-getter, a hustler, and someone who loves solving real-world problems. Great communicator and collaborative team player. Location & commitment: Preferably Hyderabad-based.
