Roles and Responsibilities Perform hydrodynamic analysis on offshore structures. Analyze risers and umbilicals under various operating conditions including thermal expansion, bending, torsion, and internal pressure. Strong technical basis in subsea engineering, including flexible pipe design or dynamic analysis of risers, Pipeline Engineering/Riser Engineering Design flexible pipe solutions for subsea applications, in accordance with standards, procedures, processes, schedules and budget, with a continuous focus on quality, targets and customer satisfaction. Projects are varied geographically and range from concept design through to detailed engineering and life extension. Desired Candidate Profile 1-10years of experience in flexibles & umbilicals engineering or related field (offshore oil & gas industry). B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization from a recognized university. Engineering Degree (B.E/B.Tech/M. Tech or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering / Naval Architecture / Ocean Engineering / Marine Structures / Aerodynamics Proficiency in software tools such as Orcaflex . We are looking for an Installation Analysis Engineer with previous experience in dynamic analysis to join our team. Job Description Ensure analysis is performed in compliance with the established design rules and procedures within TechnipFMC Group Interface with Project Team to clarify aspects of the work, project data and define installation methodology. Ensure installation feasibility of rigid pipelines, flexible pipelines, umbilicals, and subsea structures. Write technical project documents (such as memo and installation analysis reports, etc.) and ensure deliverables are issued as per schedule. Consolidate team experience in discipline. You are meant for this job if: Bachelor of Engineering/ Technology degree in civil/ mechanical or any other relevant engineering disciplines. Good English communication skills, both written and verbal. Good knowledge in offshore structures/ wave hydrodynamics. Experience using installation analysis software (Orcaflex, Flexcom, Deeplines, Offpipe, etc.) Nice to have: Master of Engineering/ Technology degree in Offshore Structures/ Ocean Engineering or any other relevant engineering disciplines. Experience of being a project engineer on offshore installation vessels. Python knowledge.
