Key Responsibilities: Loan Servicing and Account Management : Monitor and manage customer accounts post-loan disbursement, ensuring timely updates and error-free processing. Maintain and reconcile loan portfolios, including EMI schedules, prepayments, and closures. Ensure accurate and timely issuance of repayment schedules, statements, and NOCs (No Objection Certificates). Customer Support and Issue Resolution : Act as the first point of contact for customers post-disbursement, addressing queries related to repayment, statements, and other servicing needs. Handle escalations and resolve disputes with professionalism and efficiency. Compliance and Documentation : Ensure that all post-disbursement activities comply with RBI regulations and internal policies. Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all loan-related documents. Collection Coordination : Collaborate with the collections team to monitor overdue accounts and ensure timely follow-ups. Assist in implementing strategies for collections and recovery of delinquent accounts.
