Leading analytics initiatives and managing team of analytics and MIS specialists. Customer analytics - Customer segmentation Risk analytics - Portfolio risk monitoring Business development analytics - Lead development using customer data and product need assessment - Market research for new geographies and new products Process analytics - Business process analyses for understanding and correcting process inefficiencies MIS - Business process analyses for understanding and correcting process inefficiencies. The incumbent should be technically very sound and has been deeply involved in AI, ML, NLP, Gen AI based projects Product Owner - - OSINT Tool: Architect the end-to-end development of a query-based OSINT platform for intelligence, managing a cross-functional team of 9 to streamline open-source data aggregation, improve retrieval precision, and optimize user workflows. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and user stories, integrating feedback and analytics to drive continuous enhancement-resulting in increased user adoption and empowering proactive, data-driven decision-making. - Text Summarizer Fine -tuned the open-source PEGASUS transformer model on domain-specific datasets to enhance text summarization quality, and integrated the custom summarizer into Information retrieval system, enabling efficient extraction and concise presentation of key insights from large-scale text data Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) System: - Develop a scalable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system by designing and implementing a pipeline using Milvus and open-source large language model. Integrated dense retrieval with generative models, boosting response relevance by 30% and enabling real-time query handling.
