Key Responsibilities:Oversee recruitment, employee onboarding, and retention strategies. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems. Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management. Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills. Advise management on organizational change, workforce planning, and HR best practices. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality. Candidate Requirements:Education: Graduate with MBA in HR (preferred). Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in human resource management. Age: Between 24 – 50 years. Language: Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
