Key Responsibilities: Supervise and execute all finishing activities at the site, including plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, false ceiling, woodwork, doors/windows, and external finishes . Ensure quality, timeline, and safety compliance of all finishing work as per project specifications and standards. Coordinate with MEP, structural, and architectural teams to ensure smooth execution of services before and during finishing. Manage and inspect materials for finishing works including tiles, marble, paint, sanitary fittings, hardware , etc. Prepare and track floor-wise finishing schedules and manpower deployment. Conduct mock-up unit execution and take approvals from clients/consultants. Maintain proper documentation including daily reports, material checklists, snag lists, and quality check reports . Raise material requirements , verify quantities, and reduce wastage. Ensure timely snagging, de-snagging , and handover of finished units. Resolve on-site challenges and maintain coordination with vendors and subcontractors for smooth progress.
