The Quality Incharge will oversee quality management aspects of projects, with a focus on ensuring compliance with quality standards and procedures. With 2-3 years of experience in PMC quality management and waterproofing expertise, this role involves communication, site management, and overall project execution. Responsibilities: Develop and implement waterproofing specifications & quality management plans for projects. Building inspection process and Communicate quality requirements and expectations to meet standards. Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards. Provide guidance and support to team members on quality-related matters. Collaborate with stakeholders to address quality issues and concerns. Ensure proper documentation of quality processes and procedures. Monitor project progress and performance to identify areas for improvement. Assist in preparing quotations and managing payments related to quality assurance activities. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. 2-3 years of experience in PMC quality management, preferably in waterproofing. Strong communication and leadership skills. Site experience and knowledge of waterproofing processes. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Attention to detail and commitment to quality excellence.
