We are seeking a skilled Civil Billing Engineer with experience in Finishing and Waterproofing works to manage quantity take-offs, client billing, subcontractor billing, BOQ preparations, and site coordination. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing in line with project progress and contracts. Key Responsibilities: Billing & Documentation: Prepare client bills, running account (RA) bills, and final bills based on site execution and BOQ.
