As an experienced professional in the testing team at Oracle, you will operate independently to deliver high-quality work products for client engagements. Your responsibilities will involve performing a variety of complex tasks that require independent judgment to effectively implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer requirements. You will apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and best practices to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex projects. Additionally, you may take on the role of a team lead on certain projects and consult effectively with customer management. Your integral role within the testing team will entail various tasks, including understanding business requirements, reviewing and comprehending functional specifications, conducting Business Process Consulting and Business Process re-engineering, preparing proposals and presentations, and offering sales support. You will be responsible for creating test cases for functional and interface testing across Agile and waterfall projects to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Timely execution of test cases will be crucial to ensure that the developed applications meet client requirements. You will also play a key role in identifying and addressing quality issues to minimize defect leakage and tracking them until closure. Additionally, you will review User Manuals and Help files prepared for the software and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
