We're seeking an experienced Aveva Marine Support Engineer to join our team. About the Role As an Aveva Marine Support Engineer, you'll be a key point of contact for our clients, providing technical support and expertise for Aveva Marine software, specifically in Hull Design or Outfitting. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting issues, providing solutions, and ensuring our clients can use the software effectively for their projects. This role requires a deep understanding of Aveva Marine and a passion for solving complex technical problems. You'll work closely with our support team and development to deliver an exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities * Provide expert-level technical support for Aveva Marine Hull Design or Outfitting modules. * Diagnose and resolve customer issues via phone, email, or remote sessions. * Document and track support cases to ensure timely resolution. * Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and address complex technical problems. * Contribute to the creation of knowledge base articles, tutorials, and support documentation. Qualifications * 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Aveva Marine software (Hull Design or Outfitting). * A bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture or an equivalent field. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
