Job Title: Partner Program Executive Location: Pune (with regular travel across India) Company: WaterApp Technologies Pvt. Ltd. We help industries, institutions, and residential communities monitor, automate, and reduce their water and energy consumption. With over 300+ sites live across Pune and Mumbai, our system delivers real-world savings through sensors, automation, and actionable insights. We are now scaling our Partner Program to expand our reach across India and are looking for a driven individual to help onboard and support WaterApp channel partners. Key Responsibilities • Identify and travel to meet potential partners (dealers/distributors/installers) in target regions • Explain the WaterApp solution, value proposition, and business model • Assist in partner onboarding, documentation, and product training • Help new partners close their first 2–3 sales and installations • Provide technical support and guidance during installation and setup • Follow up regularly on partner-led sales, ongoing leads, and post-sales support • Coordinate with internal tech and support teams to resolve partner queries • Maintain a dashboard of active/responsive partners and monthly pipeline status Ideal Candidate Profile • Diploma/BE in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering • 2–5 years experience in working with channel partners, dealers, or distributors • Prior experience with IoT, automation, water systems, or technical products is a plus • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Comfortable with tools like Excel, WhatsApp, CRMs, and dashboard apps • Self-starter, high ownership, and willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment • Must be open to extensive travel (up to 12–15 days/month) across India and beyond What We Offer • Fixed salary + performance-based incentives • Opportunity to grow with a high-impact IoT startup • Hands-on exposure to both business and technical aspects • Independence to drive initiatives and work directly with the founding team • Travel allowance and partner onboarding kits provided

Develop engaging content for newsletters, email campaigns, and digital channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram). Create instruction manuals, SOPs, and product guides (documents, videos). Support SEO by creating keyword-optimized content to drive traffic and engagement. Capture testimonials and create video content, including customer stories and interviews with “Water Warriors.” Training & Enablement Develop and deliver installation training material (videos, presentations, documents). Create training modules for sales and service teams. Support onboarding of WaterApp channel partners with easy-to-follow training content. Execute and manage a content calendar for ongoing training and partner support. Research & Collaboration Simplify technical topics into easy-to-understand, customer-friendly content. Research industry trends and competitor content for fresh ideas. Work closely with technical and service teams to gather insights for content and training. What We’re Looking For 0–2 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or training material creation (Tech preferred). Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing. Ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences (technical staff, partners, customers). Comfortable creating both written and video-based content. Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field.
