About the Role: We’re seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist on a contract basis to enhance our digital advertising efforts. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to drive traffic and conversions, and is focused on delivering performance, not just impressions. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and additional platforms as needed. Optimise campaigns daily to reduce cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and maximise return on ad spend (ROAS). Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance. Set up proper tracking using UTM parameters, GA4, and conversion APIs. Could you provide weekly reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations? Collaborate with in-house or freelance creative teams to produce performance-driven ad assets. Duration & Commitment: 3 to 6 months contract (with potential for extension based on performance) Expected availability: [e.g., 20–30 hours per week or full-time] Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing (contract or freelance roles preferred) Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and analytics tools like GA4 Demonstrated experience managing ad budgets of ₹50,000 to ₹10L+ monthly Strong understanding of funnel metrics, lead generation, and eCommerce strategies Excellent communication and reporting skills Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory): Experience in running ads for D2C brands, SaaS, or B2B services Knowledge of CRM integration, remarketing, and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, HubSpot) Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification Why Work With Us?
