Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end import operations including shipment planning & documentation. Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods. Monitor shipment schedules and track incoming consignments to ensure timely delivery. Verify documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.). Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and logistics documentation. Communicate effectively with internal departments like procurement & finance to streamline operations. Resolve any issues or delays in the import process proactively.
