This role involves direct engagement with departments and clients, supporting design and technical documentation, and promoting our DI pipes in water transmission projects. Job responsibilities 1. Updating the Quality record as per approved (FQP) field quality plan, approved material, ensuring that Quality of executed work. 2. Maintain the Standard Field Quality Plan (SFQP) approved by client of various activities at project. 3. Update Client modification to QA/QC program, method, material sources etc. 4. Preparation & review of Quality Assurance Manual Ensuring construction best practice and procedure. 5. Mix Design preparation and review of PCC & RCC work quality. 6. Batching plant erection, calibration as per IS:4925 and proper control of Batching plant as per requirement of Mix & specification 7. Participation in quality review meeting with Employer. 8. Material testing (Coarse and fine aggregate, steel, cement, soil) as per FQP & IS Code and Test Record maintain properly. 9. Water Supply pipeline quality Inspection.. 10. Responsible for Quality of work & client satisfaction. Testing of materials with relevant IS code or according to clients requirement. 11. Awareness and knowledge of IS codes if amendments. Training for Quality assurance team 12. Conduct training with all Site engineer and officials for quality of work. 13. Daily review of lab equipment and document files. 14. Site & store visit for better material handling & control site deviation. 15. Identify potential errors in the process or standard and design improvements that could create a more efficient and effective execution of project. Candidates having experience in Water supply and irrigation projects will be considered.
