As a candidate for the position, your main responsibility will involve leading and supervising all laboratory operations related to environmental sampling, chemical analysis, and quality control of Air, Water, Soil, and plant biological parameters in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards. You will be tasked with developing and validating analytical methods for various samples, ensuring calibration and maintenance of analytical instruments, as well as leading the NABL accreditation process. Additionally, you will need to maintain inventory, prepare reports, and plan field monitoring activities. Furthermore, you will be expected to execute digitization strategies, implement automation solutions, and ensure business sustainability by adhering to various guidelines and maintaining safety protocols. Data management, analysis, and reporting will also be a crucial part of your role, where you will compile, analyze, and interpret environmental data to identify trends and prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders. To qualify for this position, you should hold an M.Sc. in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related field, along with at least 8 years of experience in environmental lab and field monitoring, including team leadership.,
