Water Laboratory Technician

As a potential candidate for this position, you should have at least a high school diploma or a General Education Development (GED) Certificate along with 20 accredited college hours in chemistry, biology, microbiology, or a field relevant to the essential tasks outlined in this role. Additionally, you should possess a minimum of one (1) year of laboratory experience. Alternatively, you can also have an equivalent combination of training and experience as per the Personnel Policies and Procedures, Section 128. It is recommended to review the Laboratory Technician Progression Criterion Document for any additional requirements. The working hours for this role are on rotating shifts, and the location may vary between 5665 North 105th E. Ave and other rotating locations within the Water & Sewer (KCW) department.
