Familiarity with security protocols like SDWAN, VPN, Firewall, and security devices such as Fortigate, Checkpoint, and Watchguard is crucial. Strong communication skills are vital as you will interact with relevant parties and international clients, often reporting to business leaders. The ability to convey information clearly, confidently, and professionally is a must. The ideal candidate should possess multitasking abilities, adhere to organizational policies, exhibit excellent troubleshooting skills, and demonstrate flexibility in working hours. Desirable certifications such as Network+, Security+, CCDA, CCDP, NSE4, NSE5, or equivalent firewall certifications are advantageous.
