We are an IT services company, a subsidiary of our main branch in Saudi Arabia, and we're looking for an HR Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a unique opportunity for a leader who is passionate about modernizing and enhancing our HR systems and best practices for our India operations. You will be a key strategic partner, advising on critical people-related decisions and driving positive change while collaborating closely with the HR department in our head office. This is a full-time, in-office position for a hands-on, self-starter who will be a core part of our business success. Key Responsibilities Strategic HR & Operations: Develop and implement end-to-end HR strategies, policies, and procedures for our core internal team, in coordination with the Saudi Arabia HR department. Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment of skilled IT professionals for all internal, full-time positions, ensuring we attract and retain top talent. Talent Management: Oversee all talent-related processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure the company's HR practices are in full compliance with all Indian labor laws and statutory regulations, including the Shops and Establishments Act, Payment of Wages Act, and the POSH Act. Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor for our team and management, fostering a positive work environment and resolving any conflicts that arise. Payroll & Benefits: Administer payroll, benefits, leave, and attendance programs for our internal team, ensuring alignment with global company standards. Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between our India office and the HR department in Saudi Arabia to ensure seamless communication and alignment on HR initiatives. HR Reporting: Analyze key HR metrics and generate regular reports for leadership and the Saudi Arabia HR team to inform strategic decision-making. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as an HR professional with 4+ years of relevant experience , preferably within the IT services industry. In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance. Demonstrable experience in improving and scaling HR systems and policies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to coordinate effectively with a remote HR team. Proficiency in HR software (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
