Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing new products from idea to launch. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, R&D, sourcing, and production. Key Responsibilities: Develop new product concepts based on market research, trends, and customer needs. Translate ideas into prototypes and final products in collaboration with design and engineering teams. Conduct feasibility analysis, cost estimation, and performance testing of products. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely product development. Evaluate existing products and suggest enhancements or redesigns. Maintain detailed documentation for each stage of product development. Track industry trends and competitor products to guide innovation. Ensure all products meet quality standards, compliance, and safety regulations. Work with marketing to create compelling product stories and launch plans. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in product development (industry-specific experience preferred). Proficient in design tools like CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, or relevant software. Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and quality assurance. Excellent project management and communication skills. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with sustainability in product development. Knowledge of prototyping techniques and tools. Familiarity with Agile or Stage-Gate development processes.
