Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and curious Digital Transformation Associate to support the design, rollout, and adoption of digital tools across the organization. You will work closely with program, operations, finance, and leadership teams to ensure our technology backbone supports efficient workflows, accurate reporting, and seamless collaboration. This is a mission-critical role in enabling digital transformation across the organization. Key Responsibilities Assist in the implementation and testing of software tools (e.g., HRMS, M&E platforms, donor CRM, learning systems) Document user requirements, workflows, and process gaps Support data migration, entry, and clean-up activities Develop Zoho Creator as a skillset Prepare training materials and provide onboarding support to staff Coordinate with vendors for support tickets, feature updates, and issue tracking Participate in user feedback collection and translate insights into action items Maintain project documentation, reports, and trackers Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably IT, management, development studies, or environmental science) 0–2 years of work experience; internships or volunteering in tech-for-good or non-profit projects is a plus Comfortable using digital tools (MS Office / Google Workspace, Excel, forms, dashboards, mobile apps) Eagerness to learn low-code/no-code tools like Zoho, Power Apps, Airtable, etc. Good communication and coordination skills Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Willingness to travel occasionally to field locations if required Why Join Us?
