Role Description This is a full-time, on-site receptionist role located in Patna. The Receptionist will manage incoming calls, welcome and assist clients, and perform administrative tasks. Duties include scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, maintaining records, and providing excellent customer service. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in basic computer applications and record-keeping Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred High school diploma or equivalent education
