Warranty Incharge with Experience -Service

A Warranty In-charge manages warranty claims and related processes, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. This role involves receiving and reviewing claims, coordinating with service teams, maintaining records, and communicating with customers and vendors. The In-charge also analyzes warranty data, identifies trends, and contributes to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Claim Management:Receiving, reviewing, and processing warranty claims, ensuring they align with company policies and product specifications.
• Coordination:Working with service teams to facilitate warranty repairs and replacements.
• Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all warranty claims and service reports.
• Communication:Liaising with customers, dealers, and vendors regarding warranty-related inquiries, claim status, and resolutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
