Role Overview We are seeking a high-performing and empathetic Academic Counselor to join our International Sales team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in guiding prospective learners toward suitable DBA (Doctorate of Business Administration) programs, while achieving enrolment and revenue targets. This role requires a blend of consultative sales, product knowledge, and customer engagement Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective learners via inbound and outbound calls. Understand learner profiles, career goals, and skill gaps to recommend appropriate DBA training solutions. Articulate program features, outcomes, and pricing with clarity and confidence. Meet or exceed monthly enrolment targets through structured follow-ups and pipeline management. Maintain accurate lead data and engagement activity within the CRM system. Collaborate with academic, operations, and support teams to ensure a seamless learner onboarding experience. Handle objections professionally and provide timely pre-sales support Required Qualifications & Skills 13 years of experience in academic counseling, international edtech sales, or B2C inside sales. Excellent spoken and written communication in English. Strong consultative selling and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms. Understanding of IT, database management, or technical education is a plus. High degree of ownership, resilience, and goal orientation.
