The principal responsibilities of this position include managing logistics capabilities to meet current and future needs in alignment with the company's strategy. This involves defining vendor strategy and distribution, overall planning, budgeting, warehousing, and monitoring CFA activities across regions. You will be responsible for maintaining strict control over inward and outward stock movement, ensuring lead time adherence for servicing customer orders, handling secondary transportation, customer services, benchmarks, settlement of customer claims and no dues, inventory hygiene and control, statutory compliances, safety, risk management, and managing logistics spend while collaborating with customers. You will also be tracking Fill Rate of customers to address RCA in collaboration with customers, KAO, KAM, and Supply Planners, addressing customer concerns on their Key KPI In stock, tracking PBNS quantity, chasing appointments, and collaborating with CFA for delivery. Additionally, you will be supervising and collaborating with Dabur internal teams, controlling and managing customer services. Your primary interactions will be with internal teams such as CFAs, Sales, KAMs, IT team, Supply Planners, Logistics Managers, and PO processing Team, as well as external stakeholders including Distributors, Modern Trade Customers, Customers Direct chain, and CSD Customers. The ideal candidate for this role should be willing to go the extra mile to deliver results, service-oriented, improvement-oriented, have a very high cost orientation, ability to work in teams, and be customer-focused with strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills. Qualifications and experience required for this position include a Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field with 8-12 years of FMCG working experience. A master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
