The responsibilities of this role include tracking and updating inventory, orders, and fulfilment status, supporting basic quality checks, packing, and coordinating with the warehousing team, organizing product images, UGC, and other digital assets ahead of product launch, helping to prepare internal company documentation, maintaining tidy and updated brand folders, trackers, and checklists, as well as assisting with logging early customer feedback and basic query handling. The ideal candidate for this position is reliable, detail-oriented, and organised, proficient with Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive, fluent in English and Hindi, curious about how brands operate behind the scenes, and has an interest in fashion, sneakers, or design.
