Role & responsibilities:- Certifying pilot training before launch of any new system NDO (New DC opening/Cross Dock) training Training delivery-role-wise & department-wise to DC & Cross Dock employees 5S /Kaizen implementation department & DC wise - Mi Program BDC Training delivery/Assessments including NSO & Gap fill System training like OMS, TMS & WMS training delivery & end to end implementation drive with certification System updates training through learning bytes on OMS, WMS and TMS Train-Inventory analyst, Distribution expert, ECOM champ and OMS Champion once a month Dashboard hygiene management Using Power BI & NPS data for TNI Audio/Visual aids session plans Monthly training need identification & analysis in sync with business requirement Based on TNA development of training calendar/delivery & assessment Induction program for on-roll & off-roll employees in all departments Training of all Cross Dock employees Soft & Functional skill program for all DC & Cross Dock employees Drive Monthly R&R program Covering end to end trainings for the RPA role holders at DC Preferred candidate profile:- 2+ years as DC trainer Graduate/post graduate (any specialization)
