Stockarea is a Managed logistics platform that provides Supply Chain solutions to SME & MNC

Brands in India. Stockarea aggregates supply chain service providers like warehouse operators,

Transporters, Freight Forwarders, Customs Agents, & Compliance service providers, and offers

a single platform for Brands to Book/Manage these services.

Objectives of this role:

1. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including vendor

management, inventory control, and ensuring efficient and organized workflows.

2. Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency with customer satisfaction the

primary goal by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and

establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals

3. Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage

requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods

4. Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach

short- and long-term performance goals.

5. In Charge of incident management and reporting as per warehouse policy.

6. Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics

7. Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment

layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer

service

8. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and

procedures and by complying with legal regulations

9. Ensure SHE Guidelines and ensure the safety audits being followed at the warehouse

regularly.

10. Keep in touch with Local Ambulance, Fire department, Manage Local human Safety Kits

and PPEs to ensure the safe working at warehouse.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space

management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service

2. Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to

maximize efficiency and minimize overtime

3. Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when

necessary

4. Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for

loss prevention

5. Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities,

communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages

Skills Required:

1. Soft skills and excellent communication

2. Knowledge of logistics and the warehousing industry

3. MS Excel & MS Word

4. Language skills: Kannada, Hindi & English.

Qualification: Graduate, Logistics Related is a Added Advantage.
