The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, team supervision, and warehouse logistics. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Supervision: Lead a team of warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance. Provide training and foster a collaborative team environment. Inventory & Operations: Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct audits. Optimize storage layout and warehouse efficiency. Oversee receiving, packing, and dispatching of goods. Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace safety standards. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and government regulations. Reporting: Generate reports on inventory, staffing, and operations. Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Excel for tracking. Required Qualifications: 12th pass required; diploma/degree in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
