Supervise and manage all finished goods operations during the assigned shift. Ensure timely inward and outward movement of stock as per dispatch plan. Monitor shift-wise activities including loading/unloading, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch. Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices for inventory movement and control. Ensure proper stock handling and accurate data entry in WMS/ERP systems. Perform shift-wise inventory checks and support monthly cycle counts and reconciliation. Coordinate with transport, inventory, and customer service teams to ensure smooth shift operations. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and housekeeping standards (5S) on the shop floor. Train and guide operators, supervisors, and material handlers during the shift. Report operational performance, delays, discrepancies, and exceptions to Warehouse Manager. Maintain 5's in whole warehouse as per given standard Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities. Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity. Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials. Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels. Checking orders, invoices, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy. Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation. Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations. Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds. Communicating with customers to answer shipping and receiving questions and troubleshoot problems Assigning workloads and daily tasks to Warehouse Associates Monitoring inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy Ensuring inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained Monitoring Warehouse Associates to ensure safety procedures are being followed when operating forklifts and other machinery Communicate with Customer for daily Inward & Outward workload Ensure that all relevant procedures and processes are followed and adhered to in line with the Companys procedures and requirements Ensure orders are processed efficiently and that the delivery of materials to meets customers timeslines/requirements Record and communicate all shortage issues to the relevant authority Lead follow up and resolve Customer concerns
