Warehouse Lead SCM Role Description Kimbal is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Lead to oversee our warehouse operations and drive efficiency across inventory management, material movement, and dispatch processes. This role is critical in ensuring smooth inbound and outbound logistics, maintaining accurate stock levels, and leading the warehouse team to meet production and customer delivery timelines. Success in this role will be defined by the Warehouse Lead’s ability to ensure accurate, real-time inventory tracking with minimal discrepancies, while maintaining smooth and timely material flow for both inbound and outbound operations. Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipments, receipts, and inventory movements. 2. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and ensure accurate inventory records. Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies. 3. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree. Experience: 5-6 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field. Skills: Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software (e.g., WMS).

Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management. Concept Knowledge in ERP or Inventory Management Systems. Effective communication and excellent inter personal skills. Strong analytical skills with sound computer literacy.
