Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify potential warehouse/facility locations. Evaluate sites based on operational feasibility, cost-effectiveness, logistics access, and scalability. Lead the preparation, submission, and tracking of all paperwork required for warehouse setup, including property lease agreements, approvals, NOCs, and statutory licenses. Oversee the setup of warehouse infrastructure including electricity, racking, utilities, office spaces, safety systems, and IT enablement. Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory and zoning laws. Prepare and manage budgets for warehouse setup projects.
