Job Title: Warehouse Quality In-Charge Location: Bhiwandi Warehouse Experience: 12 Years in Quality Assurance (preferred) Qualification: Graduate in Science/Pharmacy Industry: Pharmaceutical / Warehouse Operations Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Quality In-Charge for our Bhiwandi warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring quality standards for all incoming, outgoing, and stored goods, in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. This role is critical to upholding product integrity and supporting operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine quality checks and inspections of incoming and outgoing materials. Ensure that all warehousing processes align with Good Warehousing Practices (GWP) and company SOPs. Monitor storage conditions, including temperature and humidity, to ensure product safety and compliance. Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to resolve quality-related issues. Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, deviations, and corrective actions. Prepare and support internal audits and regulatory inspections. Ensure timely disposal of expired, damaged, or non-conforming goods as per SOPs. Train warehouse staff on basic quality procedures and hygiene standards. Candidate Requirements: Graduate in Science or Pharmacy . 1–2 years of experience in Quality Assurance , preferably in a warehouse or pharmaceutical environment. Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory handling, and quality norms. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team
