Warehouse Picker/Packer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Pick products based on order slips or scanner instructions. Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit. Label packages correctly and ensure proper documentation. Scan items to update inventory and order status. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Meet daily/weekly productivity targets. Report any inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to the supervisor. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an asset. Ability to read and understand picking lists, invoices, and labels. Basic computer or scanner skills. Ability to lift and carry items up to [30-50 lbs]. Strong attention to detail and time management. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime if required. Working Conditions: Fast-paced warehouse environment. Standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods. Exposure to varying temperatures (depending on warehouse type).
