Warehouse & Packaging Associate

As a Warehouse & Packaging Associate at our facility in Larkarpur, Faridabad, you will play a crucial role in managing order packing and warehouse inventory. Your responsibilities will include accurately picking, packing, and labeling products as per order specifications, ensuring safe packaging to prevent damage during shipping, and coordinating with the logistics team for timely order dispatch. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, conducting regular counts and audits, receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment. Your role will also involve inspecting products for quality, reporting any issues to the supervisor, assisting with loading and unloading, operating warehouse equipment if required, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate for this position will have a high school diploma or equivalent, prior experience in warehouse or packaging roles, strong organizational and computer skills, good communication abilities, and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications include experience with inventory management software, forklift certification (if applicable), and knowledge of packaging materials and methods.
