The role involves ensuring proper documentation, inventory control, timely dispatch, and coordination with QA, production, and logistics teams for smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: Ensure proper receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of finished goods as per SOPs and GMP/GDP guidelines. Maintain accurate stock records and conduct periodic stock audits (physical verification vs. system stock). Coordinate with the QA department for release of finished goods prior to dispatch. Oversee batch-wise segregation and traceability of finished goods. Plan and schedule dispatches based on market demand and sales order priorities.
