Warehouse Operations Associate

• Receive, unload and verify incoming stock against purchase orders
• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time
• Maintain proper inventory records and assist with regular stock counts
• Ensure FIFO / batch-wise stock management and correct labelling
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized and compliant with safety standards
• Coordinate with operations, procurement and dispatch teams for daily planning

• 02 years of experience in warehouse / store operations (FMCG / e-commerce preferred)
• Basic computer skills (Google Sheets / Excel, inventory software is a plus)
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling of cartons
• Strong attention to detail, honesty and a sense of ownership
• Willing to work in shifts and on peak days (weekends/festive periods)
