The team works closely with the org-wide leadership team, business, product, growth, and category teams to drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives. The team works on special projects and innovations that aim to deliver high impact. What will you do? Have a very good understanding of end-to-end supply chain i.e., Warehouse, Middle Mile, Last Mile. Maintain health and safety standards and promote a positive health and safety culture on site. Lead, manage, and mentor a large and diverse team of associates of a region/zone within a very fast-paced and high-volume environment. People management i.e., appraisal, training, and mentoring talent to grow within the organization and control attrition. Monitor real-time queues of each process and ensure zero breaches in each process. Have a troubleshooting mindset and analytical capability to be able to drive and conduct dive-deep analysis on complex processes. Achieve productivity targets, take necessary cost reduction measures, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent service. Be continuously proactive and create a culture of ongoing process improvement within the workplace using KAIZEN and LEAN methodologies. Thrive on change, inclined to operate with flexibility and commit the time required to get the job done. Work shifts, including weekends, in an operational 7/365 environment. Willing to relocate if necessary. What we are looking for Bachelors degree or MBA(Degree/PG) Good Communication Skills Min 5 to 8 Years of experience in E-commerce / Warehouse Operations Knowledge of advanced Excel and system knowledge.
