Key responsibilities include vehicle dispatch planning, route optimization, order scheduling, coordination with drivers and third-party partners, handling customer queries, monitoring vehicle movement, and managing in-transit issues. The role also involves ensuring timely pickups and deliveries, minimizing vehicle costs and damages, and collaborating with the warehouse team to resolve order errors or cancellations.
