Job Title: Senior Architect Industry: Real Estate/Warehouse Infrastructure Experience: 7 – 15 Years Location: Thane, Maharashtra Salary Range: upto 8LK Key Responsibilities  Lead architectural design and planning for industrial, warehouse, and logistics infrastructure projects.  Collaborate with internal stakeholders, engineers, and external consultants to ensure functional, regulatory, and aesthetic excellence.  Develop detailed design drawings, 3D visualizations, and construction documents.  Conduct site visits to oversee implementation and ensure design intent is maintained.  Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.  Drive innovation in warehouse design for energy efficiency, automation compatibility, and space optimization.  Coordinate with local authorities for plan approvals and statutory clearances.  Manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and budget constraints. Desired Candidate Profile  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.  7–10 years of experience in architecture, with significant exposure to real estate and industrial/warehouse projects.  Strong knowledge of building codes, warehouse planning norms, and industrial layouts.  Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD (Preferred), Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, etc.  Strong aesthetic sensibility with a practical approach to functionality and sustainability.  Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
