C. WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT STOREKEEPER

Qualification

Diploma or equivalent in technical disciplines from a recognized university/board.

Experience & Technical Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Material Management and Warehouse Operations, with at least 3 years in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Well-versed knowledge of Spares & Consumables used in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Good written and spoken English, problem-solving, technical communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or SAP is preferred.
• Experienced in lifting equipment operations and safe handling of heavy materials.
• Able to operate a Forklift with a valid Qatar Forklift License.
• Knowledge of storage and handling of Chemicals / Hazardous materials of all classes. Able to interpret MSDS and understand UN / NFPA / GHS classification.
• Experience in material preservation and packing standards followed in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Knowledge of Safety Standards followed in the Oil & Gas industry.
• IOSH certificate in Managing Safely or equivalent.
• Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) training certificates are mandatory.
