We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Brand Partnership Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, expanding our market presence across India, and developing strategic brand collaborations. This is not a remote opportunity; the candidate will be based in Mumbai but will need to travel extensively across the country. The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. Key Responsibilities: Meet and exceed sales targets Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Market Expansion: Travel across India to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and explore new markets. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities. Brand Collaboration and Partnership: Identify and establish strategic brand partnerships to enhance market presence and brand value. Collaborate with partner brands to create co-branded marketing campaigns and initiatives. Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure mutual benefits and successful collaborations. Brand Strategy: Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen brand identity and market positioning. Monitor brand performance and make recommendations for improvements. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all channels. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular sales reports to management. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to stay ahead of industry trends. Qualifications 1-3 years' quota carrying sales experience Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota Pro active, Strong written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FnB and experiential event industry. Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and brand management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel extensively across India.
